Goodbye Valley Elementary!! A couple of weeks ago Valley Elementary held a closing ceremony type thing to close its doors and moving to a new location after about 150 years. My dad, sister and I thought it would be fun to go to this because all 3 of us went there. It was a very fun night! Being there brought back soooo many special memories! It kind of made me sad in a way! They had all kinds of things to look at from all years it was fun to see everything.. they also had the basement open for people to go down and see, my sister found her name a couple of times down there.. I saw tons of my friends names there it was really awesome! Another I found there was a picture of my grandma who died a couple of years ago, she used to be a secretary there.. it was very special! I haven't been to the valley for so long and it was so good to see old friends and teachers and remember life in the valley! I will never forget that special time in my life!
