.The Wonderful World of GEOCACHING.

We recently have been introduced to GeoCaching! If you don't know what this is (like we didn't) I will explain a little bit about it. It has been going on for years and years and it's like a big scavenger hunt that is all around the world.. So people have hidden things in places that you pass by every day that you would never know were there and some things are hidden in the mountains and take a little bit of a hike to get to. If you get online and become an official geo cacher then you can get on and use your GPS you can buy one at WalMart for around $130-200. Anyway, get online and download all the ones you want and each ones has clues and hints that you can use to find them.. then you are on your way around town to find all of these "treasures" that people have hidden. Let me just tell you I thought this would be the dumbest thing but I am seriously loving it.. After you buy the GPS this activity is completely free!! It's a great thing to do that keeps you busy and out of the house so when your bored but don't want to go out and spend a lot of money this is the perfect thing to do!! You would be amazed at how many people do it! When you find them (they range from all different sizes) you put your name on the log book and then move on to the next one.. I am horrible at explaining all the details... so... get on and look at it for yourself.. go to geocaching.com at set yourself up an account for free and try out geocaching! It's a blast! Now let me just tell you a little about this picture.. SO.. Jesse and I thought this geocache sounded fun so we went to find it.. well we were there for quite a while and had no luck finding it.. there were trees everywhere and tons of places for it to be but we just couldn't find it.. so I'm in the middle of all of these trees when I look behind me and see this.... THE DEMON CHICKEN.... Seriously.. So from my childhood I have super bad experiences with chickens so I was terrified so I was like "ah!" and started moving away from it cause it was coming at me.. meanwhile Jesse is just laughing at me.. thinking im a dork for being scared of this.. well next thing you know I look behind me again and it is CHARGING at me full speed.. so of course I start running as fast as I could.. it was then Jesse realized that this was NOT funny,.. so he started running as fast as he could too!! So we are both running as fast as we can back to our car which I swear is like a MILE away!! I could hardly run my legs kept giving out I was so scared.. Jesse could barely run cause he was laughing.. anyway we finally made it back to our car.. but this demon chased us the whole way.. then basically came up to my car door to let me know who's boss.. He was crowing out us and everything.. Scariest thing that has happened to me in a LONG time.. Needless to say.. we will NOT be going back to find that cache!! THE DEVIL! Watch for Spiders!! Ew Yuck!! Warning! Caching could get dangerous.
