The Felter Family: Happy Easter Weekend!

Happy Easter!! The older Mae gets the more fun the holidays are getting!

Jesse had to work on Saturday so I decided to take Maelee to the North Ogden City Easter egg hunt to give us something to do. It was our first Easter egg hunt for the weekend and she was just waking up, so she didn't really understand what was going on and just wanted to go down the "swipery swide" so she ran around for a minute, got one egg, and then I let her go down the swipery swide. Thanks for coming Matt and Joey!

Saturday afternoon, my dad came up for lunch and brought Maelee the cutest outfit and chocolate sucker that she thought was delicious she ate the entire thing! He also brought her a cute baby Easter animal book! We are going to baby animal days next week so it was perfect timing! After lunch, my dad and I took Mae to the park. She loved going down the slide with her grandpa!

Saturday night was my mom's Easter party! Eli and my mom cooked some delicious dinner and then the kids went outside for an egg hunt, they got some fun goodies like a book and some yummy treats in their eggs. It was such a fun night. I love relaxing with my family just hanging out and chatting!

Easter morning!! The Easter bunny came!! Maelee got a little basket with some new shoes and some other goodies, but her favorite was her very own slippery slide!! Now that is all she wants to do. Forget eating or playing with mom and dad, all she wants is her slide. She can go on it a million times in a row and not get bored! Thank you Nana and Papa!! In the afternoon, we went over to grandma and grandpa's house and had another egg hunt and then some lunch, then we just spent the afternoon hanging out and playing outside, it was such a gorgeous and warm day!
