My mom invited Maelee over to paint some pumpkins. Maelee was SO SO excited and had been asking me all week when we were going over to Grammy's to paint a pumpkin. She had so much fun and loved it. Thanks Grammy!
Jesse and I wanted to make sure we started the tradition of pumpkin carving so we did our own spin on it and used the drill instead of actually carving the pumpkin. Maelee wasn't really into cleaning out the pumpkin, she was happy just eating her kirt's shake and liked watching daddy do all the dirty work with the pumpkin guts. She wasn't really into helping him with the drilling either, it was too loud for her! So while daddy did the pumpkin, Mae and I cranked up the halloween music and danced the night away. I even tried teaching her the thriller dance. She did a great job!
