Happy Easter

Happy Easter!

This year, on Saturday, we decided to skip the egg hunt at the park (it was pretty lame last year).. And go to Lee's for their egg hunt. It was so much better then the park. Every department had an awesome goody for the kids, she got things like chocolate milk, string cheese, toothbrush, carrots and some other fun things, and everyone got to see the bunny. I was SO PROUD of my girl for being brave and getting her picture taken with the Easter bunny.. Usually she would have nothing to do with that kind of thing. I was beaming I was so proud. Maelee was the cutest and even started blushing when she got her picture with him! Cutest thing ever.

 After the egg hunt we went and took her Easter pictures..

Then we headed home for a nap.

"Mom, I'm awake now can we dye eggs?!"

Grandpa brought us dinner and Hollie and Eli came for a visit

Maelee got a cute new gardening bag and some gardening things from Grandpa.

 Then we finally dyed eggs!!

Easter Morning..

The Easter bunny came and left Mae her basket and an egg hunt to go on!

Breakfast and Playdoh from the Easter bunny. She loves her some play dough. 

 Then we headed to Gram's house for some dinner and Chloe and Mae went on another egg hunt!

This Easter I am especially thankful for my family. I am so grateful to our Savior who sacrificed so much for all of us, because of him this beautiful life we have is possible and everything we have and are blessed with is because of Him. I am thankful for forgiveness and the atonement. I am thankful that he loves us enough to let us have a fresh start and become better. I am so thankful that he blessed me with this family of mine. 

 Off to Nana and Papa's for another egg hunt and some fun!
