So I am in the middle of redesigning my blog... this is why I haven't been posting much lately, that and well, I just gave birth, so I have been a little busy recovering and enjoying the week Jesse has off and enjoying my little girl.
We are all doing great here. Maelee is such a good baby. She pretty much just sleeps all day until she is ready to eat. She eats every 2 hours during the day, and at night, she never wakes up, we have to wake her up to eat every 3 hours. Her awake time is at about 8-9:30pm. She is wide awake and she just looks around checking everything out with her big, beautiful eyes! She never cries. The only time she every cries is if we are late feeding her. We have had a few challenges feeding her but we are getting better every day.
At her doctor's appoint she had already gained 2oz, which he said is way ahead of schedule, she is one healthy baby. I find myself worrying all day about her. I hope that she is okay but am constantly worrying. I love her so much!!
We are having such an amazing time being a mommy and daddy, every day I just stare at her and wish that I could freeze time, I don't want her to get any bigger, yet, every day it seems like something changes about her!
We had Maelee's pictures taken this week by two different photographers! They both did such an amazing job and we cannot wait to get them back!!
