Happy Birthday Nana

Happy Birthday Nana!!

I think one of the best parts about living with Jesse's parents is the special relationship that Maelee has formed with her Nana and Papa. She loves them so much. They are probably her best friends. She gets more excited to see them then she does of me or Jesse. I hope that she always has this relationship with them.

To celebrate Kim's birthday, we went to Red Robin and ate dinner.

We also got some exciting news from Alyx and Steve!

Baby Jeppesen is on the way!
We were opening gifts at dinner and Alyx and Steve gave them a frame with their ultrasound in it. The frame was so cute and said "It's a jungle in here." 

We having been waiting for this to happen for quite a while and are so excited that it is finally here. I remember someone telling me when I got pregnant that my whole life was about to change so much. I don't think I really understood what it meant until I held my baby in my arms, and I am so so happy that her and Steve get to have that experience now. It's the best job in the world. I am so excited for Alyx to be a mom and to get to have that type of unconditional love that I think you can only have for your own baby. 

We are so excited for them and can't wait for Maelee to have a baby cousin.
