The Birthday Party

BIRTHDAY GIRL

We had Maelee's birthday party at Toad's Fun Zone this year..

Mostly because last year on her birthday party, we had it outside, and it was freezing. This year, we didn't want to freeze and we really don't have anywhere to have a birthday party that's big enough for all of us inside. So we went to Toad's. I guess the only thing that really matters is that Maelee had so much fun! On the other hand, I will never have another party there. The pizza was disgusting, it was so SO SO hot in there you could barely breathe, and it was extremely dirty, oh and did I mention the room we were in looked like an actual cave??? Not the girly theme party I was looking for. :) 

So here was her party in pictures...

PS- I forgot the flash to our camera at home, so a lot of the pictures turned out blurry or awful so I couldn't post a lot of them.. So if you're not posted on here and were at the party.. That's probably why.

I tried.... That's all I can say about this poor cake..

I made: The tissue poms, her birthday cake, the banner for the table, and her skirt and hair ties. Thanks to Kim, for mixing up the cupcakes for me, she baked I frosted. :) It always seems like so much work and planning and then I get it all set up and I'm like "THAT'S All I GOT?!" Again, at least I put forth the effort. I just always want to make her feel special!
