4th of July

Happy 4th of July!! 

We did Cherry days and had so much fun! Besides being a TRILLION degrees outside, we had fun. Jesse has to work on the 4th so we went and sat with him at the parade and then met him at Cherry days on his break. Maelee loved the parade and finally has gotten the hang of collecting all the candy up. She was so funny and would try to get as many candies in her hands as possible, she even used her neck to carry some things if her hands weren't free. Thanks for coming to the parade with us, Jordon, mom and Kris! We had so much fun! 

 We met up with Ryan, Amee, Graeson and Lochlan to hang out at Cherry Days, but they could only stay for a few so it wasn't long enough!

 Maelee found Mickey's Playhouse and was SO excited to bounce around in it with Grae

 Train Ride.. It was way too hot... That fan did not leave my side all day!

 The driver on the train was crazy we were all over the place!

After Cherry days we went and cooled off at my mom's house and made homemade corn dogs. Hollie and Eli came over for a bit to hang out. It was such a relaxing afternoon!
Maelee took a late nap she was so tired she didn't even want to wake up to go see the fireworks!

Then we headed out for the fireworks with my mom.

Maelee loved the band that was playing and was dancing and having a blast! It finally had cooled off and was so amazing outside, I love that summer breeze that comes at night.
During the fireworks Maelee just hid underneath her blanket (like her momma when she was little), I don't think she likes the loud noise. At first, she was saying OOO and AAA and then she had enough and went into hiding.
