Trunk-or-Treat and Sundance Ski Lift

Here are some pictures from our ward trunk-or-treat party.. We invited Hollie, Eli and my mom. Hollie and Eli brought some of their cute nieces! Maelee had so much fun with her new friends!

They had soup and breadsticks but Maelee was too excited to eat! She just wanted to run around and chase the other kids!

There was a scary guy dressed up at one of the cars and after that Mae was pretty much done.. She just wanted to hide out in the back of the car. So we decided to call it a night!

The next day we drove up to Provo to eat at the Macaroni Grill with my dad, Hollie and Eli and then drove up the canyon to Sundance to go on the haunted ski lift ride. I was really really nervous to take Maelee on a ski lift and I wasn't sure how scary it would be even though we had called ahead and they assured us it was family friendly. I thought Maelee would be really scared and wiggly but she wasn't at all. She just sat there the whole time and was so good! 

It was freezing so I made sure to bring lots of layers, a warm blanket and we got some hot chocolate for the ride. My dad rode the lift with us and it was so fun and so neat what they had done up there on that mountain! Jesse mentioned it was his favorite Halloween activity that we did this year so we will for sure try to make it up there next year!

Every once and while when you went low enough someone could stand close to you and could scare you.
It was fun listening to Hollie scream and giggle when someone would jump out.
