Best Friends Reunited

Back in November Amee, Graeson, and Lochlan came home for a visit because Amee's brother came home from his mission. We were lucky enough that she was able to squeeze some time in for our family while they were here. Maelee of course was so excited she just loves and adores Graeson and loved spending time with him! We made a trip to Salt Lake to the zoo with my dad and it was so much fun. 

First, we went to lunch at a little pasta place.. 

Then we made our way to the zoo! It was such a nice day to go.. nice and cool and not very busy! I was also happy to see that they got a play area for the kids! We can't wait to go back when all the new stuff is finished at the zoo..

After we left the zoo, we took them back over to visit their old house and neighbors and then to their favorite coffee shop to get a yummy pumpkin drink and some of Graeson's favorite cookies. It was such a fun day hanging out and catching up with them. 

Another day, we went with my mom to the dinosaur park.

It was Maelee's first time. She was a little nervous at first but warmed up and really liked it. 

My little princess is very into dinosaurs, and pretty much anything boyish really. 

It was such a nice few days with them. We seriously miss them like crazy! Life just isn't the same without them around. We just found out they are coming for a visit in March for Amee's brother's wedding and we can't wait to see them! Thanks Braxton for always giving them a reason to come home! :) We love you guys!!
